Today, I will sing with the Yiddish Choristers at 2:15 pm at Chai House in San Jose. I have a small solo, singing a verse of Zapochkelech.
It is 3:15 pm. I am at Dr. Elliot Singer’s dental office in Palo Alto, waiting to have my teeth cleaned. I feel tired, sitting here on the coach in the waiting room. I got here early. So I went for a walk in the neighborhood.
At 12:30 pm, I had lunch with Mila at Tomorrow Sushi in Palo Alto. Around 10:10 am I saw Dr. Gu at Kaiser on Castro Street in Mountain View.
Today I attended a meeting of the SCCARA at the Red Cross building on First Street in San Jose. I did a bit of contesting. I made two contacts. Paul helped me to program my Baofeng hand held transceiver. Other nice hams were there also.
Meetings are the third Saturday of each month at the San Jose Red Cross, from about 10 am to about 5 pm.
I am now a special education teacher in a severe special day class at a school in San Mateo County.
I am at a WordPress meetup at the Milpitas Library.
I won’t be able to come next week, because hopefully I will be working that day.
Weil die Abwesende immer unrecht hat….
My friend, Dr. Haya Rubin, is in the rehabilitation hospital. She shattered the bones in her left heel. I hope she heals up fast. I have visited her twice so far, with my husband Robert.
